Soul of a New Machine é um EP de remixes da banda de death metal, Fear Factory, lançado em 1993. O álbum foi remixado por Rhys Fulber e Bill Leeb, ambos do grupo de música eletrônica, Front Line Assembly. O título do álbum foi retirado do livro Dune, um famoso livro de ficção científica.
